Shipping policy

Domestic shipping only at this time.

All items ship via Canada post with tracking. Standard shipping is $5 and can take up to 7 business days from date of shipping. Express shipping is $10 and will arrive within 2 business days of shipping. All orders over $49.99 recieve free standard shipping.

Items will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation unless order is a custom item. Custome items will ship within 14 business days of order confirmation.

Once order has shipped the an email will be sent to notify the buyer with the included tracking number. It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and retrieve it once delivered. Links and bones is not responsible for lost of stolen packages once they are turned over to Canada post.

Items are packaged to withstand shipping procedures. If an item arrives broken please message Links and Bones via the contact us page. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping at Links and Bones discretion.

Links and Bones is not responsible for late packages during strikes or holiday scheduling. Please ensure you have chosen the right shipping option to ensure your packages arrive on time.
